I am currently writing a paper on biofuel production, with emphasis on algae, and I had no idea there was this much legal nonsense you have to get through before you can begin your project. I thought the main problems restraining algae production right now was the technology and cost, but after I read this I noticed there is so much more. Thank you for this information.
